Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are defective or incorrect upon delivery. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product in order to be eligible for a return, as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. After this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse any return requests.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at Support@Riseover.in with the following information:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos showing the defect or incorrect item.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused, undamaged condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product appears to have been used or damaged by the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping costs. For other return requests, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
